Many old skool gaming fans will recall "Elite" that was written by David Braben and Ian Bell back in 1982, while the authors were still at Cambridge University. It was first published by Acornsoft on the BBC Micro in September 1984 to huge critical acclaim. Eve takes Elite to a new level, mixes it up with some Millenium 2.2 (Electric Dreams) and adds a touch of BattleZone (Activision) for good measure to produce one of the best space adventures ive ever played.
