* Exorcism now costs 30% of base mana, up from 20%. Deals [((96+110)/2)+(0.15*if (SP>AP) then SP else AP)] Holy damage.
Retribution
* Zealotry now lasts 20 sec, up from 15 sec.
* Acts of Sacrifice now also affects Hand of Sacrifice.
* Selfless Healer now also boosts your damage - When you heal others with your Word of Glory, it increases the effectiveness of the heal by 50/100% and increases your damage done by 2/4% per charge of Holy Power for 10 sec.
* Sanctified Wrath is now a Tier 4 talent, down from Tier 5. Now increases the critical chance of Hammer of Wrath by 20/40%, down from 25/50% and reduces the cooldown of Avenging Wrath by 20/40 secs, down from 30/60 secs.
* Seals of Command now affects Seal of Righteousness, Seal of Truth and Seal of Justice.
* Divine Purpose is now a Tier 5 talent, up from Tier 4.
* The Art of War now causes your next Exorcism to be instant, free, and cause 30% additional damage at all ranks.
* Eternal Glory now has a 15/30% chance to proc, down from 20/40%.
The 4pc looks interesting, although inq is possibly a touch short at the moment. 2 pc is a standard buff. Possibly should be on both TV and DS though.
Exo is either based on AP or SP, rather than both. And combined with AoW I suspect it is still hitting too hard too few times. 7% chance on AoW proccing is terrible.
Zealotry is still boring, but at least it will do a little more DPS. Possibly still not enough for a 31 point talent though.
Acts of Sacrifice makes sense. HoF still needs looking at though as we are too susceptible to CC.
Selfless healer is now a lot more interesting 12% DPS boost for healing someone. It adds a little more icing to WoG. But putting icing on it still does not make WoG any good (but that is for the balance sweeps to fix).
SancWrath: I can see the point of the change. It makes it less likely to line up all our DPS boosts at once. But it is a boring way to separate them. And the we will still, on occasion be able to pop wings, zealotry and GoAK all at once (especially in arena where all of them start off CD) and it is just inviting a visit from the nerf bat in early 4.0.
SoC I really hope they mean +7% to all seals, rather than the cleave part. It is more DPS. And these will all be adjusted in the balance sweep anyway.
DivPurpose: fair enough
AoW the proc rate is too low and the damage of exo too high still IMHO.
Eternal Glory: WoG needs balancing still, and this change kind of off sets the selfless healer one. It will be interesting to see how WoG ends up as to whether it is worth giving up the DPS for a heal.
Overall it is kind of house keeping. An attempt at reining in burst from mid range CD spells and trying to make the utility more interesting. But they still have not addressed the biggest problem for ret. All the gaping holes in the rotation with nothing to do.
