I'm more confused than anything else on this.
Saw the video announcing that they plan on focusing on having 7
skills, and it looks hard coded as a max.
I was looking at the Witch Doctor. 23 known skills. So that's pretty much 1/3 of the skills I get to max out which I guess isn't too bad. Percentage-wise it is a whole lot better than D2. It looks like Traits will make up a lot of the passive skills anyway.
The max level is 60. All known skills as far as I know have an investment level of 5.
Up until I saw that Video I was expecting to max out 12 skills, not 7. You could invest 5/5 into 7 skills by the time you are level 36.
