Who?
Aphire is a relatively new and fresh project (started in august 2010) that has gotten off to a superb start with some great progress and great times, with more to come. The guild itself was created by a few World of Warcraft veterans that has played on extremely high levels of pve-competition earlier.

We're here to be the best - that's the goal, motivation and driving force behind our guild. That's a great part of what we think is fun in this guild - to constantly strive to become better, to compete at the highest tier when possible and to play amongst peers of good players.

Who are you?
This is what is expected of you as a potential recruit:
* Complete dedication to the same goals as the guild.
* An active player that is able to attend most if not all of our raids.
* Very good knowledge about your class - you know how to make the most use of your character specs/gems/etc in a raid situation.
* Exceptional situational awareness - you make sure you very rarely, if ever - die unnecessarily. You know what needs to be done on the spot.
* An attention span that will keep you completely focused on the game during raiding content.
* Discipline - you need to know when to stay quiet and when to speak up. You also need to stay committed.

What we DON'T want:
* Players who can't spend longer than 5 minutes typing their application and doing their best with it.
* Someone that is unable to handle critisism.
* People who aren't willing to constantly improve and strive to be the best - putting the necessary effort in for making that happen.
* If you regularly disconnect or have a computer that hinders your gaming ability, you should not bother applying.

We want players with the same visions and ideals as the guild has - who also has the skills, discipline and the willingness to put in the effort required to make it happen - both for yourself and the guild. Recruits will have to show us that they mean just as much business as we do.

Raiding schedule:
Our raiding times are very flexible and varies depending on current content. Our raids typically start at around 19:00. We raid as much as necessary to get the job done.

All exceptional applications will be thoroughly considered, so if you feel you can fully contribute to our future progress and/or out-perform one of our current members - do not hesitate to apply.
