We had a depleted fixture list in the Premier League, but that didn't quell the action as five goals were scored in Bournemouth's victory over Everton and Oumar Niasse bagged a brace as Hull City beat Swansea in a crucial relegation six-pointer. The action was plentiful across Europe as Real Madrid reopened their lead at the top of La Liga, beating Real Betis 2-1 as Barcelona lost 2-0 to Deportivo. Monaco also extended their lead at the top of Ligue 1 as Nice drew 2-2 with Caen, whilst the standout result in Serie A was undoubtedly Inter Milan's 7-1 drubbing of Atalanta. Here are our predictions for the FIFA Ultimate Team of the Week 26

Gianluigi Donnarumma (OVR 78 > 84)
It’s hard to believe that Donnarumma is only 18 years of age given the quality of his performances for Milan. Despite their 2-1 loss to Juventus, Donnarumma once again stood out as the Man of the Match and the score-line could have been much worse had he not been in goal. Milan grew into the game in the second half, but needed vital saves from Donnarumma to deny Sami Khedira, Miralem Pjanic and Marko Pjaca. He also tipped away a late shot from Gonzalo Higuain before Pablo Dybala’s 97th minute penalty gave the Old Lady the win. Nonetheless, Donnarumma shone and his rating could rise as high as 84, costing 1,000 coins on PS4 and 900 coins on Xbox One.
Marvin Plattenhardt (OVR 77 > 84)
Hertha Berlin blew the race for Champions League qualification wide open with their 2-1 victory over Borussia Dortmund. Hertha completely halted Dortmund’s momentum and they’re now just three points behind them. Although Dortmund started brightly, Saloman Kalou equalised and it was fullback Marvin Plattenhardt who won the game for Hertha late on. His free-kick found the top right corner from 20 yards out and earned Hertha three valuable points. He’ll cost 550 coins on PS4 and 800 coins on Xbox One, but his rating will rise to 84.
Loic Perrin (OVR 82 > 85)
What a captain’s performance from Loic Perrin to rescue a point for Saint-Etienne against Metz. They had not beaten Les Verts for 16 years in Ligue 1, but it looked to be headed that way until Man of the Match Perrin drove forwards and set up Robert Beric for his fourth goal of the season. Perrin then provided a last ditch goal-saving tackle off the line and then got his head to a Jordan Veretout free-kick in stoppage time. He was fantastic and his rating should rise to 85. He’ll cost 1,700 coins on PS4 and 1,900 coins on Xbox One.
Jose Gaya (OVR 80 > 83)
Highly-rated fullback Jose Gaya was the Man of the Match for Valencia this weekend in their 1-1 draw with Sporting Gijon, which moved them into 13th in La Liga. Gaya was Valencia’s best performer and it’s telling that 38% of their attacks were concentrated down the left flank, Gaya’s channel. He made the most tackles (seven) of any Valencia player, the second most passes (69) and the second-most touches (92). His rating should rise to 83 and he’ll cost 1,200 coins on PS4 and 1,400 coins on Xbox One.
Memphis Depay (OVR 80 > 86)
It was a shame Memphis Depay never truly got his chance at Manchester United, but he’s certainly rebuilding his reputation with Lyon after his doubled helped them on their way to a 4-0 victory over Toulouse, moving them up to fourth in the table. He scored in the second half to make it 3-0, but then added his second and the game’s fourth with a sensational goal from near the halfway line. He spun in the centre circle and spotted the ‘keeper off his line before lobbing him from 50 yards. He’s now scored five in nine league games since his arrival. His rating could rise as high as 86 and he’ll cost 2,000 coins on Xbox One and 2,100 coins on PS4.
Joao Moutinho (OVR 83 > 85)
Monaco moved back to the top of Ligue 1 by five points after a 2-1 victory over Bordeaux and it was former Tottenham target Joao Moutinho who secured the three points with a 74th minute goal. Kylian Mbappe gave Monaco the lead, but it was Moutinho’s curling effort that stood out. He found the top corner with a wonderful chipped effort from outside the box. Moutinho’s rating could rise to 85 and he’ll cost 1,400 coins on Xbox One and 1,600 coins on PS4.
Ever Banega (OVR 84 > 88)
Inter stormed into fourth spot in Serie A across the weekend after a 7-1 humbling of Atalanta. Striker Mauro Icardi may steal the headlines with a hat-trick, but midfielder Ever Banega too got in on the action with a hat-trick of his own. Banega scored twice in quick succession to make it 5-0 after half an hour, and added a 25-yard free-kick to complete his treble in the second half. Banega’s rating could rise as high as 88 and he’ll cost 3,000 coins on PS4 and 2,800 coins on Xbox One.
Dimitri Payet (OVR 86 > 88)
After his controversial move to Marseille from West Ham in the January transfer window, after the player has gone on strike, Dimitri Payet is finding his feet at Marseille and was back to his best in their 3-0 victory over Angers with two assists. He opted not to shoot from a free-kick and instead squared it to Florian Thauvin who finished with ease. Payet’s long pass was also well-taken by Remy Cabella who rounded the ‘keeper to double Marseille’s lead. Payet shone in a match dominated by ex-Premier League players. His rating should rise to 88 and he’ll cost 7,900 coins on Xbox One and 10,500 coins on PS4.
Joshua King (OVR 72 > 74)
Bournemouth won their first Premier League game of 2017 with a 3-2 win over West Ham. Striker Joshua King’s first hat-trick secured the three points. King had already missed an early penalty before West Ham took the lead, but he then hooked the ball over his marker and volleyed home to equalise. King made it 2-1 with a close range finish before adding his third in the 90th minute to win the game, lashing into the roof of the net from Jack Wilshere’s initial shot. King’s rating will rise to 74 and the striker will cost 1,400 coins on PS4 and 2,100 on Xbox One.
Mauro Icardi (OVR 84 > 89)
Despite his factitious relationship with Inter’s ultras that threatened his place as the club’s captain, Mauro Icardi is proving his value to the Nerazzurri after his latest hat-trick against Atalanta. Icardi scored a perfect hat-trick in ten first half minutes, scoring with his right foot, left foot and head, including a chipped penalty. Icardi’s rating could rise as high as 89 and he’ll cost 3,000 coins on PS4 and 2,400 on Xbox One.
Oumar Nisasse (OVR 77 > 82)
Although there are players that had scored more goals than Hull’s forgotten striker, none were more important than the brace Oumar Niasse scored for the Tigers on the weekend. Having moved on loan to Hull this January, Niasse has scored three goals in eight games, including two vital goals against relegation rivals Swansea in a 2-1 victory. Niasse had barely been on the pitch ten minutes before netting his first. His second came nine minutes later with a close range finish. He’s proving his point to parent club Everton. Niasse will cost 1,000 coins on Xbox One and 650 coins on PS4, but his rating could rise to 82.
