However, if you can not afford to run through an entire instance (often with alts and tier 2 characters that still need the gear/badges) for an 18% chance drop, this is a very solid trinket for PVP-only rogues as you can reset the 5-men instance over and over for it. +2000 attack powers for 10 seconds every 45 seconds is still pretty solid.
